Cardio Fitness
A Cardio Fitness Membership includes
• Fitness Center (Trotter Equipment, Free Weights and Cardiovascular Equipment)
• Aerobics, Yoga and SPINNING®
• Outdoor Junior Olympic Swimming Pool
• Locker-Room Facilities Include Whirlpools, Steambaths and Saunas
• FREE Fitness Orientation & Assessment
Sports Fitness
A Sports Fitness Membership includes all Cardio Fitness membership benefits plus:
• Unlimited use of 6 racquetball courts and 2 squash courts
• Lessons, leagues, tournaments and socials (may have additional charge)
Tennis
A Tennis Membership includes all Cardio Fitness and Sports Fitness membership benefits plus:
• Unlimited use of 27 outdoor Tennis Courts
• Complementary tennis orientation and introduction by USPTA Pro
• List of players at your level
• Lessons, leagues, tournaments and socials (may have additional charge)
